Automatic Drainage Table

To optimize the total cheese processing, C. van 't Riet has developed a computerized system to drain, cut and transport the curd. The computer controls the press and drain process and calculate the exact size of the curd blocks. Then the machine cut the blocks and transports those to a fixed plate, where the  operator fills the moulds.
